A focused eCommerce business, built over time.

We are an operating company, not a startup. Twenty-five years on the platforms. Focused operations since 2009.

Kool Krowd Ventures began as an online selling operation in August 1999, when our eBay account first went live. For a decade it ran as a side discipline. Beginning in 2009, eCommerce became our focused operating business.

Today we run a modern, multi-channel resale operation from Northwest Arkansas. We list across every major resale marketplace. We source through established liquidation and closeout vendor relationships, dedicated buying-show purchases throughout the year, and direct buy-outs from local businesses. We add inventory on a regular cadence.

The operating standard comes from the founder's career: brand discipline from Fortune 500 CPG, retail tempo from big-box, and a software-led approach to listing and fulfillment. Applied to one business, one focus.

The Founder

The discipline. The pedigree. The pace.

The company is led by a U.S. Army veteran with a twenty-plus year corporate career spanning Fortune 500 CPG, big-box retail, and enterprise SaaS. The combination shapes how the business is run.

U.S. Army Veteran

Service brought operational discipline, accountability, and a bias for execution that the business inherits.

20+ Year Career

A corporate arc spanning category management, sales leadership, and enterprise software, applied to the operation we run today.

CPG Pedigree

Procter and Gamble. General Mills. Mars. Brand-building experience applied to a secondary-goods operation.

Tech-Forward

Enterprise SaaS leadership powers a modern, multi-platform listing, sourcing, and fulfillment workflow.

Big-Box Tempo

Years inside the largest retailer in the world.

Career chapters at Walmart and Sam's Club shaped how we think about retail tempo, supplier dynamics, and assortment. That perspective sits behind every sourcing decision and every channel we list on.

How We Operate

Three operating principles.

How we run a multi-channel eCommerce operation, on every listing, every day.

I.

Source with discipline.

Margin is made at the buy, not the sale. Vetted vendor relationships, dedicated buying-show purchases, and selective local buy-outs keep the cost basis low and the inventory honest.

II.

List with accuracy.

Real photos, honest descriptions, fair pricing. Trust is what brings buyers back, and every listing is judged on it. Returns and disputes stay low because the work is done up front.

III.

Distribute everywhere buyers shop.

Channel breadth is the moat. We list across every major resale marketplace and expand the footprint deliberately, because the operator who reaches the most buyers efficiently wins.
